Korvosa Staffords
Korvosa Staffords is a small-scale, Canadian Kennel Club breeding program located on Vancouver Island, that is committed to preserving and promoting the Staffordshire Bull Terrier. We are also members of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club of Canada, and the BC All Terrier Club. Our dogs are first and foremost cherished family members, living in our home and participating in everyday life alongside us.

The Korvosa Philosophy
Our philosophy is guided by ethical breeding practices and the Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed standard, which describes the breed as the "foremost all-purpose dog." We believe a Stafford should be far more than just a show dog or family pet; it should be a healthy, stable, and versatile companion capable of thriving in a variety of roles. Whether as a beloved family member, therapy dog, sport competitor, working partner, or community ambassador, we strive to preserve the qualities that make the Staffordshire Bull Terrier such a remarkable and well-rounded breed.

Every decision we make is centered on producing dogs with excellent health, sound structure, stable temperaments, and the confidence and trainability to succeed in whatever path their families choose. We actively demonstrate the breed's versatility through participation in conformation, obedience, rally, scent detection, agility, trick dog, therapy work, and other activities. These pursuits are not simply about earning titles, they are a testament to the intelligence, athleticism, and adaptability that define the breed.

By carefully breeding, raising, training, and promoting Staffordshire Bull Terriers that excel both in the home and beyond, we aim to preserve and showcase the breed as it was intended: the foremost all-purpose dog.
Making History
To demonstrate the breed's exceptional versatility, our dogs actively participate in and earn titles across a wide range of disciplines. We take great pride in showcasing the intelligence, athleticism, and trainability that make Staffords such outstanding all-around dogs. Our boy, Watson, made CKC breed history as the first Staffordshire Bull Terrier to earn the Versatility Gold title, Trick Dog Grand Champion title and Grand Champion Rally Obedience title.
